RMIT Library Service Quality Survey

Following our web-based questionnaire discussion, have a look at RMIT library Service Quality Survey. Every year, RMIT university evaluates its services and resources through releasing a web-based questionnaire to students and offer a prize (this year an iPod) to encourage them to reply. The content and structure of this year's questionnaire is different from last year. It is shorter than last year but I think the first section seems boring and unattractive.
